Under UV exam, there appears to be a small 1/4 dot of inpaint in the figures chin, and inpaint to the lower half of female figure's white blouse. 3 inch vertical scuff left of the palm tree. 5 inch inpaint to tree trunk above building roof. Background reinforced. Minor flecks of loss along the lower edge. Part of signature fluoresces. Framed Dimensions 44 X 24 Inches
